West Indies U19 star Jewel Andrew made an impressive debut in CPL 2024, scoring a fifty at just 17 years and 266 days old. This remarkable innings made him the second youngest player to achieve this milestone in a major T20 league. The record for the youngest fifty still belongs to Riyan Parag, who scored his at 17 years and 175 days in 2019. Nicholas Pooran holds the third spot, having reached fifty at 17 years and 302 days in 2013. Andrew’s debut performance has certainly made a strong impression in the T20 cricketing world.
