Sarabjot Singh, who won a bronze medal in the mixed team 10m air pistol event at the Paris Games alongside Manu Bhaker, gained widespread recognition for his achievements. Upon returning home, the Haryana government offered him a job, but Sarabjot declined the offer. While many Indian athletes face challenges due to a lack of support and financial assistance, Sarabjot feels that accepting a government job at this stage isn’t right for him, as his primary focus remains on achieving his goals in shooting. Despite his family’s encouragement, Sarabjot is determined to prioritize his sport over a job for now.
