Manu Bhaker has been chosen as India’s flag-bearer for the Closing Ceremony:Manu Bhaker has been selected as India’s flag bearer for the Closing Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics, scheduled for August 11.

The 23-year-old, who won two medals at the Paris Games, shared the announcement on her social media and expressed her gratitude to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) for the honor.

“It is an immense honor to be named as India’s flag bearer for the Closing Ceremony of the Paris Olympics,” Bhaker said. “Carrying the tricolour and leading the remarkable Indian team with millions watching around the world is a deeply humbling experience that I will cherish forever. I am thankful to the IOA for this recognition and am eager to raise the Indian flag with great pride. Jai Hind!”
