Olympic Hockey: India to Face Great Britain in QuarterfinalsThe quarterfinal line-up for the men’s hockey event at the Paris Olympics is now complete. India, who finished second in Pool A, will face Great Britain for a place in the semifinals. The match is scheduled for 1:30 pm (IST) on Sunday. India previously defeated Britain to reach the semifinals at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, where they went on to win the bronze medal.
Defending champions Belgium, who topped Pool A, will play Spain in the second quarterfinal on Sunday at 4:00 pm (IST). Australia, who finished third in Pool A, will clash with the Netherlands at 9:00 pm (IST) on Sunday. Germany, who took the top spot in Pool A, will face Argentina in the fourth quarterfinal on Sunday at 11:30 pm (IST).
