The Argentina Olympic team lost 1-0 to France and is eliminated from the tournament.

Javier Mascherano’s team conceded an early goal and couldn’t convert their chances. France took the lead after just five minutes with a header by Jean-Philippe Mateta from a corner kick, which proved to be the only goal of the game.
