Indian mixed team advances to quarter-finals in archery at Paris

Indian archery mixed team of Ankita Bhakat and Dhiraj Bommadevara secured a 5-1 victory against Indonesia’s Diananda Choirunisa and Arif Pangestu in the round of 16 at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The Indian pair won the first and third sets with scores of 37-36 and 38-37, while the second set ended in a tie at 38-38. With this win, Bhakat and Bommadevara advanced to the quarter-finals, where they will face Spain’s Elia Canales and Pablo Acha Gonzalez today at 5:45 PM IST.

Score: India beat Indonesia 5-1 in the mixed team round of 16 archery match.
